In this science dissemination activity for high-school students in the Barcelona area, we demonstrated how our nervous system sustains computation and communication via electrical signals. We used the excellent kits of Backyard Brains.
Dr. Ainhoa Hermoso-Medizabal defended her thesis. She did a great presentation and discussed the implications and limitations of her work with her thesis committee composed of Laura Busse, Alfonso Renart and Gemma Huguet.
